We're back at Marmadukes this January with two delicious Guatemalan coffees - Finca La Bolsa on the brew bar and Finca Pampojila on guest espresso. Finca La Bolsa is a farm in the western highlands of Guatemala, not far from the border with Mexico, that has been run by the Vides family for the past 50 years. Expect a balanced cup through the Kalita Wave with mellow cocoa and red berry notes and a maple syrup sweetness. Finca Pampojila lies on the shores of Lake Atitlán, a volcanic crater lake in the southwest of Guatemala, and is owned and managed by farmer Alex Herrera. This coffee makes an excellent espresso, with pronounced biscuit notes, treacle toffee and a red apple acidity. Both of these coffees are also available on the retail shelves for you to brew at home. Pop in for some of the best food and coffee in Sheffield. You can also spot some of our beans in Marmadukes' latest video!
